What is the best workout for making your biceps look big?
Okay, This is gonna sound kinda "Toolish" but me and my friend are having a contest on who will have the biggest biceps/triceps by the end of the school year. I work out at home but all i have is curl bar that looks like this: http://www.robbinssports.com/sporting-goods-store/champion-barbell-ez-curl-bar-wcollars-p-4282.html and one that looks like this:http://www.cyber-market.com.au/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=7&products_id=189&osCsid=991f8226453a1b6fe0a76d0a0c8e775e and I have about 75 lbs weights. what will make my biceps/triceps biggest? or should i just do push-ups and chin-ups.
Okay, eat high protein high carbs one hour before work out. so you have energy to workout properly.
My own experience, Barbell Curl is the best exercise.

While working out, start of by a warm up set. use a weight which can allow u to do 15 - 20 reps.
Then do 3 more sets using a weight which will only allow you to do 10 - 12 reps.
Also, do two more exercises from the website i have stated above.
Work out your biceps two or three times a week, not more than that.
And after your workout, eat something straight away which is high in protein, like a protein shake, or banana milkshake. Post workout food is very important.
