Dip Strength
How to work out my Triceps to improve their strength and definition?

I have very weak triceps but would like to know how best to strengthen them. I know that I could do tricep dips and things like that, but I also have carpal tunnel and the way my wrist sits to do those causes me a bit of pain there. Is there any other stuff I can do with only body weight (I don't have any equipment) that is going to really help me strengthen these muscles without putting me in tears over my wrist pain?

pushups...not sur eif it will hurt your wrist, but i know it will help build triceps...
