Is this a good workout routine?
I am getting out of shape and have come up with a new routine.
Mon, Wed, & Fri mornings- 1. Warm-up stretches; 2. Run a couple miles; 3. Use my Bow flex for 20 minutes; 4. Cool-down stretches
Tues & Thurs mornings- 1. Warm-up stretches; 2. Run a couple miles; 3. Tae Bo for 20 minutes; 4. Cool-down stretches
Mon, Wed, & Fri afternoon- 1. Warm-up stretches; 2. Brisk walking for 30 minutes; 3. Yoga for 20 minutes; 4. Cool-down stretches
Tues & Thurs afternoon- 1. Warm-up stretches; 2. Brisk walking for 30 minutes; 3. Pilates for 20 minutes; 4. Cool-down stretches
I would do the morning and afternoon exercise everyday, but only do an hour of brisk walking on the weekends. Does anyone see a problem with this workout? Thanks!
