How do I make one arm work more than the other whilst doing pull/chin ups?
I always find my right arm works more than my left
Try using an Assisted Chin Up Machine like this one: http://www.barbarianstrengthandfitness.ca/images/F1-2037.jpg and do one hand at a time with enough weight to challenge you. These are great to burn yourself out with once you have already completed your normal sets of chin ups/pull ups. Remember not to fully extend your arm at the bottom of the chin up with these.
Enjoy - you will have ripped arms and a strong back with these in no time (if you do them right that is).
