Thera-bands from Target?
I'm going en pointe this fall and to strengthen my feet, I'm going to get a thera-band. I took a pre-pointe class for one year. I was wondering what band would be the best from Target? I was looking at the Extra-Strength Pilates band,

Would that be a good choice?
It seems like it would work. I mean, a Thera-band, is a Thera-band, is a Thera-band. The extra strength would be good, especially for pointe strengthening. I would also suggest trying to find one that is a loop kind too, they're a lot easier to use for ankle strengthening than just the band kinds. (which totally work too, just a personal preference).
I got my most recent thera-bands from a physical therapy place. They sell them for super cheap prices, and they always have great quality ones. I'd suggest going there if your not sure or if you want multiple strength ones.
