Quick Question... I am 15 Years old I weigh about 310 LB's Most of it is Fat but i'm really strong....PLZ READ?
I usually can't help but eat alot and excercise and every day...I've been doing the Threadmil for like 2 weeks now, while trying to eat healthy but still no results....MY QUESTION IS if I do the Threadmil for like 30 minutes everyday, then do Moderate Weight Training - Including Squating, Benching, Upright Rows, and a couple of other things involving weights. WILL I LOSE ALOT OF WEIGHT AS WELL AS GAIN ALOT OF MUSCLE... See I would like to be big, but not in the OBESE way, But the Strong Tall type of way, I'm curreently 6 Foot Flat... SO PLZ TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!!! THANK YOU
Start off by not eating a lot. And it's best if you do lower body strength first because if you do upper body strength first, it's harder to do lower body-strength. There's a guy in my class who only thinks about his upper body-strength and is in the football team. His body is massive(large from all those muscles) but is weak. I don't know if you understand, but i can't explain it in words...
First, run, run, run. It loses a lot of fat. Then after you finish exercising your lower body, then go ahead by doing your upper body. Just don't try to challenge yourself by pushing weight that is over your limit. It's not good for your bones.
As for food, you're doing well. Continue to eat healthy. You can still eat some fatty foods; just not a lot. And eat only 3 times a day; not more.
The best time to go for a jog is in the morning when the sun is starting to come up. I enjoy the cool breeze as I jog around the park, plus you can view the beautiful sunrise. But before that, you must do some warm-up exercises like staying in one place while jogging, and stretching.
When you go outside for a jog:
•bring your iPod or mp3 player with you (music makes you more active)
•wear white or light gray clothing (you sweat less in it)
•bring water
•a small towel around your neck
•don't forget to wear deoderant!
Best place to go jogging is in a park, large, spacious areas, or places where lots of people jog at.
BTW, doing curl-ups or crunches will lose your fat from your stomach, and soon you will get a 6 pack!
For extra bonuses, it attracts girls and you get a lot of compliments.
And you can do any other things to help you gain muscles on your upper body. What you're doing right now is good.
Remember: Don't push yourself too much. There will be no progress if you do it for 1 day; after a month, you will look back and say: "Hey, good-lookin."
