Proper technique for a triceps dip?
What is the proper technique for doing a triceps dip. I have a dip station, Should my elbows be pointed back. is OK to have them chicken wing a little. And what about body position and depth.

Dips are a great exercise. Here are some things to keep in mind. Don't dip too far down or you'll tear a pec. Only go down far enough so that your elbow forms a right angle. When you start at the begining position, lean forward slightly, this helps keep the next portion of form I'm about to explain correct.
You want your forearms to remain perpendicular to the floor during the entire range of motion. You don't want them to angle back or foreward, as this puts a lot of torque and stress on your elbow.
Depending on what muscle you want to focus on determines how close to keep your arms to your body. Keeping your elbows in stressed your triceps more as more of the movement occurs through your elbow and less through medial/lateral motion of your shoulder.
