Has any1 tried Jack3d when working out? and is it enough creatine to get absorbed into ur body?
Im trying it and wanted to see what other people thought. also what does everyone stack it with?
It is a good product for mental boost, since its primary function is to provide you with stimulants. Regarding, muscle building, muscle stamina, muscle fatigue and/or muscle pump ingredients then you need to either stack it with other things or look for a different product.
Overall, the product is decent it just has nothing to help improve stamina, muscle mass or recovery. I don't know anyone who got bigger or stronger using Jack3d, but I have to admit those who use Jack3d seem more energetic due to the stimulants. The only problem with stimulants is that after a while your body becomes immune to them as you build tolerance fairly quickly which is the issue with Jack3d, and if you exceed certain dosages you will crash and have jitters. It is extremely under dosed with muscle building or true pre-workout ingredients such as Creatine, Beta Alanine and Arginine AKG.
