want to buy a bowflex?
Ok, I have been looking into buying a home gym, and my boyfriends family is selling or offered to sell me their bowflex blaze? for 200 dollars. Is this an ok investment? Machine is like new, and I dont want free weights or to bulk up. Im not a big girl and cant lift much weight, I just want to stay fit. Does bowflex equipment work as well as they say it does?
Bowflex is a descent workout machine, but i would recommend home gym over it. The reason being is that the home gym develops high quality muscle because, unlike the bowflex's wired equipment, the home gym causes you to balance the weights when your benching or when your curling. On the other hand, the bowflex doesn't need that because of how its designed. (I don't really want to go into depth). The bowflex is still pretty good though because its easier to workout individual muscles and its more compact. Its not a bad investment, but i would still go with the home gym if i were you =).
