Are there any weight systems other than bowflex that i can safely put on the second floor of my house?
I have an older home. The floors seem relatively steady. I'm just amazed that the bowflex weighs close to 250 lbs, so add my 200lbs frame and suddenly I have 450!! on one spot. Just curious to know if there are any other high quality options. I've seen some things that weight 75lbs, but most people review them as pieces of crap. Thanks for the help.
all you really need is a fitness ball, some dumbells, and a TRX system sold by www.fitnessanywhere.com. most of my clients do there workouts at home with just a couple pairs of dumbells and a fitness ball.
