Total Gym or Bowflex?
I am wondering whether to try a Total Gym or Bowflex.
I am already quite fit but going to the gym is taking up too much time. Can anyone tell me the pros/cons to these machines? and yes i intend to use them alot.
I have a total gym and don't really like it. You just can't get a good workout on it like you would with weights. I think a Bowflex would be a better workout you can get more resistance and build muscle faster. I also hate the fact you have to set up the total gym and move cables around. You can get a better workout faster on the Bowflex. I workout on the Total Gym for an hour and don't feel like I got a good workout. I would love a Bowflex but they are pretty expensive compared to the Total Gym(under $200).
