What have been your results with your Bowflex Home Gym?
I bought the Bowflex Ultimate 2 and have been working out faithfully and gradually looking better every week. I was curious to hear other folks' stories, good or bad.
I bought a Bowflex and now it's sitting in my living room collecting up dust. It works, to some degree but as you progress in your workout and start to target certain parts of your body down to a science, Bowflex just don't cut it. The idea of resistance is great but it lack modification and mussel confusion in order to get the best result in the most short amount of time.
Bowflex will get your body looking great but once when you start to look your best, you might want to show off your goods and thus be motivated to KEEP WORKING OUT. You might then start going to the gym and work out there. That's what happen to me.
