ANYONE OWNS BOWFLEX XTREME 2SE and can give me advice on the machine?
Hi, I need to recover my back and neck problems after my car accident {wiplash injury having lots of pain for last 2 ys} and thinking of buying the bowlex machine. I have hard time getting myself to the gym and using all the machines there.. I know if I have it in my apartment I will use it and work out.. need to gain some muscles and tone too..
I need to know if it is going to be able to fit in my studio apartment , I do have the space which it requires but all reviews I have read so far say that it is much bigger than expacted.. also one person was complaining of a smell for 15 months from that machine.. anyone has a pic of it in a bedroom? what about the smells? and I heard it is pretty quiet so I hope that is true, since I am renting studio in an apartment building..
I will appriciate any kind of word and help on this peace of equipment..
Also how often do you use it and what r the results like? and how fast?
