Am I doing to much??
Hey all you fitness fanatics! I am trying to find out if I'm doing to much for a workout (5 times/wk) so please excuse the lengthiness of this post.
Currently I do the following 5 days a week taking Sat & Sun off.
I do four sets of all excercises listed below:
M, W, F (Chest and Arms close with Abs)
T, Th (Shoulders & Legs close with Abs)
Bench/205 x 10
Cable crossovers/90 x 10
Flat dumbell bench/45 x 12
Dumbell Flyes/45 x 8
Pec Dec/120 x 10
Dumbell Curls/45 x 10
Straight Bar Curls/105 x 10
Hammer Curls/45 x 10
Finish with a 40 - 45 minute treadmill run & Ab work
Tues & Thurs:
Front Dumbell Raise/45 x 10
Seated Shoulder Press/45 x 10
One-Arm Side Laterals/30 x 12
Straight Upright Row/85 x 10
Leg Ext/180 x 10
Leg Curl/130 x 10
Finish with 40 - 45 minute run & Ab work.
My diet is basically (not eaten all at once...lol) chicken, (1cup brown rice), brocoli, (1cup noodles), fish on occasion.

No it seems like you are doing yout right, you are taking your exercise serious and that is good, you are exercising the different muscular groups separately m,w,f.... and t, th... that and your routine lets me see you let your muscles rest enoough... you are taking two days off and that is good too! You are doing your cardio too! I wouldn't change anything...
