I need to do leg presses!?
I want to join a gym, but there isn't a good one in my area. So I need to do leg presses, but I don't have a home machine. Do you know any ways I can do this with a home made "machine" or is there another way to get the same kind of workout?
The best alternative for leg presses without machine is the old fashioned squats!! Do 3 sets of 100 six times a week. In addition, do 3 sets of 100 calf raises. Do not start with such a high rep-start with say 25 x 3 then work your way up to 100x3
You will notice results in 2 weeks or so
