What muscles does this machine target?

the picture didnt show but its called the pull down machine or something like that where you pull down on a type of rod and it has a string connected that connects to the weights on the other side
Stay away from machines. They are for fashion models. The machine you are refering to however is the lat pulldown. If you cannot do one pullup then it will help you. After you can do a pull-up never look back. The muscles targeted in the lat pull-down and the pull-up are the latismus dorsi. It is the upper back muscle that will give you that v shaped upper body.It is one of the most functional muscles for fist fighting,so train it. A big chest will get the girlies. Powerful lats will get you the knockout.
