What are some good core exercises for people with really long legs?

I did the p90x ab ripper x video today, but I found myself having difficulties with most of the exercises that use legs for leverage. My legs are about twice as long as my torso, so they weigh me down and make exercises like bicycles or leg raises nearly impossible. My back also arches when I do these exercises, which I don't think is supposed to happen.

The safest form of exercise for you would be swimming training because your very long legs will be supported in the water and you will not injure yourself.

Running will also be good but hard work for you if your legs weight a lot.

You might have to speak to a sports trainer and get their advice. They can weight you, measure your height and formulate a suitable exercise regime for your body type.
