I'm 18, so losing weight shouldn't be hard right? whats the main thing to keep in mind?

Also, how many calories do I have to burn to lose 1 pound?
I have an AB Lounge Ultra, A Marcy Gym Set And a Total Gym... I'm 18 yrs.old I weigh 195 Ibs. But most of my body mass is olready muscle and bone, I don't look fat but I couls stand to lose some weight. how often should I work out on these pieces of equiptment? How manty times a week, And when Will I Start seeing results And is'nt my motabolism st its fastest being my given age???

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

ab lounge wont make you lose any weight, you will gain muscle - because the only fat burning exercise is cardio.
