You posted this in cycling and likely won't get many answers. Having dealt with things like you have in the past, the best solution is to contact the manufacturer or a store that carries their products. The store may be able to contact them for you.
I know Marcy is a discount brand and talking with someone at Wal Mart will be futile. Google for Marcy sports and contact them directly or a better store that may actually help you. Of couse if you have the paperwork/manual contact info should be listed there.
