Would this get me bigger and stronger?
im 18 and only 5'4 i noticed alot of people are getting ripped and stuff but i cant since im small, my mate who is a late bloomer and pretty small has gotten pretty big, would this help me get big? http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3356751/Trail/searchtext%3EPRO+POWER+HOME+GYM.htm what else would i need to get a bit taller and maybe a six pack ? 
I am a weightlifting coach so here goes -
1/ look up isometric and isotonic exercises - they are great and need no special equipment
2/ avoid steroids unless you want a heart attack - ask Arny Schwarzenneger
3/ regular exercise targeting different body parts on different days
4/ swimming
5 stairs
6/ swimming
and so on
You can work out some great routines depending on your own needs but you need to research a few web pages and get some second hand (thus cheap) Mens Health, Muscle and similar magazines
