How to build some muscle mass and tone with just a household pull-up bar?
I only own a door way pull-up bar and can't afford a gym subscription.
I am trying to build just a little bit of muscle mass, but more intersted in toning and building strength without adding a TON of mass.
Do pullups with different grips, pushups, crunches, lunges, and leg lifts. As you get used to it try doing all of those with a little weight if possible.
