Does the Total Gym XLS really work?
Can someone who has actually used this equipment tell me if it works or not? I know it has a money back guarantee but I would rather not waste my time in something if it is not worth it. Please answer from personal experience. Thanks

The Total Gym XLS does work. I have been using it for two months now, and I love it. I have been able to keep off weight, and build strength. I felt stronger after a few weeks, and able to increase the incline (which increases the weight resistance) 2 levels for some exercises. I have not pushed myself too hard either. I have mainly done the Circuit Training exercise routines that Total Gym includes.
In my experience, the Total Gym XLS is best for toning and over all fitness, not necessarily body building like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Maybe it can, I am more interested in overall fitness and toning. I have done the first 6 exercised of the Pilates program, and I could feel my back was definitely worked in a good way. I have done exercises that resulted in still sore muscles the next day, but not even close to give my any discouragement. It was tolerable, and I had full range of motion and strength during the period of soreness, which was no more than two days.
I recommend the Total Gym XLS for toning, and overall fitness from my experience. What ever you decide to get, just follow through.
