Training Issues?
I have a CrossBow from Weider and a Total Gym. I use both at least 4-5 times a week. I'm trying to lose some weight and also get toned in the process. My problem is that I don't notice any more muscle definition or really any weight being shed. I try to watch what I eat. Should I consider taking a supplement like Hydroxycut or something like that to increase my heart rate?
NOOOOO no chemicals they just ruin you... get a heart rate monitor find what your peak heart rate is and then chart out intervals from resting heart rate to intermediate (say a 3-4 on the treadmill) then fastest - say 6-7 where you'd be winded..) you need to 'mix it up' a bit.. If you're do interval training - weights and cardio. This will help to increase your heart rate and burn more fat and build the muscle. Also, make sure your diet consists of good proteins, carbs and fat and eat at least 5 meals a day..... it works it just take some time! good luck.
