Weider 200 Power Tower Reviews
The Weider 200 Power Tower is a home fitness equipment which allows you to do a variety of upper body strength exercises. All of the exercises make use of your body weight as resistance. There are no dumbbells or workout bands involved. It's all done on the tower.
You can do the following exercises with the Weider 200 Power Tower:
1. Push-ups for your chest and arms.
2. Triceps dips.
3. Pull ups for your back and arms.
4. The hanging leg raise or knee raise in the VKR (vertical knee raise) station in the power tower. This is one of the most powerful lower abs exercises there are.
As you can see, you can get a total upper body workout with this equipment. However, you can't workout your lower body with it at all. You will have to supplement your workout by doing some squats or lunges.
In addition, you have to make sure that you have enough room in your home to put the tower in. It measures 84 x 41 x 57 inches so make sure that it can fit in comfortably.
Despite these minor cons, this is still a high quality piece of workout equipment.
The padded handles and back and arm rests make this a very comfortable way to workout at home. The Weider 200 tower is sturdy, well made, and is a popular item among fitness conscious people.
