i just ordered a bowflex--what do you think?

i've been thinking about it for awhile(over a couple of years) and decided to take the plunge, since i have a little extra money to spend. i tried out my friend's bowflex last night, and it really sealed the deal.
i just thought i'd get some other opinions on this...so, what do you think of bowflex? yay or nay?
We tried friends bowlex a few years ago and then saw an infomercial for the new Crossbow and we decided to order it. It was shipped soon and came in a huge 300lbs box. It took 3 of us about 4 hours to put together because of the gazilllion parts. So if the Bowflex is simila, be prepared. But, once we got it together and tried it out- I fell in love with it! You still have to switch from the different areas(leg press to preachers curl) but you can change the weight with the push of a button! I have found it to be a very effective work out. It only goes up to 380lbs -if you are into heavy lifting maybe not the best choice. It takes us a lot of room Put it together in the room you are keeping it because fully assembled, it woun't fit thorough any doorway. It was worth the money! Good Luck
