I need a good bench press Bench.?
Basically Im looking to buy a bench, and I need it to be able to support me (160-175 lbs, it will vary) plus my bench weight, which the max right now is 240 and im at 160 lbs bodyweight. So lets say 175 + 315 which is 500 pounds rounded up. What bench do you recommend?
