Multi Press
What weights (kg) should an average 14 year old use for exercise machines such as the leg press, extension etc?

what weights should i use for the leg press, leg extension, abdominal crunch, the leg curl, the multi hip combo

you can suggest a weight for one or all or just some. i need a general weight for some of them

Honestly it varies person to person and muscle to muscle. Just experiment with weights for each one.

Ultimately you are looking for the weight that is working your muscles with out straining them too much so if you can lift with out a problem but can feel some strain on the muscle you're at the right weight.

Its normal for arms to be 10-15kg
and legs and abs to be 15-25 kg
for 14 yr old girl

As you continue increase weights or reps or possibly set every 4-6 weeks to avoid muscles plateaus and continue strengthening.
Also make sure your giving each muscle group 2-3 days rest before working them again other wise your hurting them more than strengthening them. the only exception to this is the abdominals.

We appreciate you looking at our Multi Press information.
