Pull Push Gym
A few people at the gym have said push/pull weekly regimes are pants?

I normaly do a push/pull regime;
Mon - Push
Tue - Pull
Wed - REST
Thu - Push
Fri - Pull
Sat -REST
Sun - REST

I'm quite new to weight training but thought this type of regime would be good for a beginner like me. However a few of the meat heads there have told me to do one like this;

Mon - Chest & Abs
Tue - Back
Wed - Shoulders & Abs
Thu - Biceps & Triceps
Fri - Legs & Abs
Sat - REST
Sun - REST

I know alot of people on here are pretty clued up so thought I'd see what you guys think. I always thought a push/pull regime was a good balance through the week. I'm also not sure about the biceps and triceps being worked out on the same day as I thought they should be done seperate.

Let me know!

Wheres the cardio at? Here try my workout plan

Mon - 10 min 5% Incline in Treadmill, Chest and Back, Abbs, 5 min of treadmill

Tue - Jump rope 5 sets of 2 min, legs and arms(shoulders, biceps, triceps), Abbs, 5 min of treadmill

Wed - Abbs

Thurs - 10 min of 5% incline treadmill, back and legs, abbs, swim 10 laps

Fri - 10 min of rowing machine, chest and arms, abbs, swim 10 laps

Sat - Abbs

Sun - Abbs and 30 total min of stretching(you will be sore so stretch slowly)

Repeat for a month
