how to get rid of a swollen bruised knee?
I crawled across a solid horrible floor really fast in drama. and i now have a bruised and swollen knee. but i've had it for more than a week? my bruises normally go away in like 2 days.
You should ice it 48 hrs after the injury at MOST. So anytime within a two day period would help but now it'll have to go away on its own.
