im on a "clean" bulk im basicaly wanting to put on muscle while minimising fat gains, im hitting the gym 2 hours daily, 4-5 times a week, getting 9 hours sleep nightly, i dont know how my diet is though here is my bulk up today

breakfast:
4 large eggs with 1 slice of taost with a nutri grain bar

lunch:
1 beef and mustard sannwhich
1 chicken lettuce and tomato sandwhich

snack:
1 protein shake

dinner:
1000 kcals of chicken breast

before bed:
1 protein bar

here are my totals:
kcals:3000
proteins:190 grams
fat:80 grams
bad fat:25 grams

how is my diet?

What's your (current)weight? Not enough carbohydrates. Use gainers, they're cheap and they'll do exactly as they're named. They are loaded with carbohydrates, and the brand I have has 60g of carbohydrates in each portion.(mega awesome)~ just had to add that! With the extra gainers or carbohydrate packed meals you will consume about 4000-5000kcal/day.

3000 is a small amount, and having a total of 105g of fat through out the day is just healthy and with no carbohydrates, it will just make you lose fat(which you do not want when bulking). So I wouldn't really like your diet, but you're the one doing it, so if it works for you, then of course stick with it. At least add 1000-2000kcal of carbohydrates to your meals, then you'd be eating six meals/day, too.

If you have any further in-depth questions, mail me, or put'em on here quick.
