Whats a good descent machine that I can do Lat Pulldowns and Lat Rows?
I want a mahcine that I can do Lat pulldowns and rows, but used 1" inch plates instead of the rectangle weights. I have over 200lbs of standard weights and a bench but I need a somethign to build my lats really big. I want to do pull downs and rows. Can anyone recommend me a descent but cheap lat machine hat I can do pulldowns and rows and be able to add 1" inchs weights? Personally, I've also had difficulty hitting my lats really well, but you can build muscle in your upper lats by doing barbell shrugs/dumbbell shrugs along with some other exercises.
