Is the Navy a rewarding career and how realistic is it to become an Officer?
I am 23 years old with three and a half years of college under my belt, I am not exactly sure what I would like to do as a career. I have recently been looking into the Navy, I was wondering how is life being in the Navy? Is it rewarding and what exactly are the direct duties of a PA officer and how long before I could become one?

If you like to travel a lot, like the ocean, and can bear the military life (UCMJ, inspections, haircuts, shoe shining) then yes, the Navy can be rewarding. As far as becoming an officer, you need a 3.0 GPA (maybe a little flexible) and then to get accepted to Officer Candidate School. For more info, see:
