How healthy is this meal plan?? Easy points!!?
Okay im trying to up my calories a little bit
I do this workout 5 times a week:
-run 6.5-7.5 miles, 200 crunches, leg lifts. sometimes pilates videos. I never miss a workout. I also never eat unhealthily.
is this good?
b:
-1 cup kashi go lean, 1/4 cup kashi vive, kiwi.
s:
-carrots
l:
-whole wheat wrap low carb, lean natural turkey, laughing cow light cheese, tomato, mustard.
-organic pretzels
-apple
-kashi granola bar
s:
-fruit leather-organic
-2 whole grain rice cakes
that will get me to 900 calories. and then I will run 7 miles, crunches, and whatever.
and for dinner I will eat enough to get me to 1500 calories for the day, all healthy.
is that okay, or is it too much food?

Not too much at all, in fact sounds perfect!
You sound just like me, I'm active for 2 hrs + (often more) a day, and i only eat healthy foods. Like you, i also only eat around 1500 calories a day, and am trying to eat more!
Remember, as long as it's healthy, it's not going to hurt you. Sure, if you ate 4,000 calories of healthy food a day, you'd gain weight. But with exercise, if you're eating healthy stuff like you are and only eating 1500 calories, you're probably going to be just fine!
Lots of people will probably say that you'll lose weight eating like this, but I'm guessing your like me and can maintain weight at a lower calorie count - if I eat 2,000 calories a day even with all my activity, I tend to gain a small amount of weight. In fact, when I gained back 10 lbs after anorexia, that was all I was eating a day, with exercise.
You sounds naturally thin. Stay healthy and active and you will be happy and look great
