Is it possible that i am allergic to my new cotton blend sweater?
I just bought a new sweater at old navy it's 55% cotton, 30% nylon, and 15% rayon. After wearing it for 2 hours my nose starts to itch, my throat feels like it's got something stuck in it and the rest of my body itches. I knew i was allergic to angora but the sweater is cotton! Although it is soft and has lots of fuzzies on it. Is there anything i can do about this or am i going to have to get rid of it? It's really warm and the weather is starting to get colder.
Sometimes the sizing's they use will cause a reaction. Or it may be due to the fuzzies..Wash it according to the label and put double fabric softener in it. Additionally use a dryer sheet it. That should help it. If not your mom or best friend just got a new sweater.
