A question about bench press and pushups?!?
How much do I have to bench to gett a bigger chest and how long would it take? I mean, I push myself by benching 100lbs and i do it correctly also. But I dont see any results yet. 
So I have a few questions.
1. Is it better to use the regular bench to press or the handle that sticks to the bar and is adjustable? I use the adjustable one.
2. I lift 100. thats the limit cause i cant lift any heavier. So do i push myself to do heavier weights but little reps or do descent weight like 60 lbs but alot of reps?
3. how long would it take to get my chest, or should i push my limits and try to lift heavier weights?

im in weight training so leme help you out
pushups dont do anything for your pecs thats all bicep (i think at least so dont get all huffy if im wrong)
the bar itself weighs 45lb so your not lifting much
you just need to increase the weight over a 5 week period
eat plenty of protiens
try pushing your shoulder in (not like with your other arm but with your musle) thats how you flex em
