Is using an adjustable weight vest good to use while doing P90x?
Today has been my forth day of P90x and tomorrow will be my 5th. I am getting better at making my way through the program,but I do not believe I will get the results I want. I have an adjustable weight vest that weighs 20 pounds. Right now, it is sitting on my treadmill. I usually use the best when I am doing cardio. I was thinking of using the vest during my P90x work outs to help me get stronger and boost my results to help myself get leaner. What workouts should I use the vest with to get the results I am aiming for? I do not think it would be too wise to use the vest during Yoga X but things like shoulder and back and legs and the other strength oriented workouts I think it might benefit me.
I forgot to mention I put gel pads in my shoes to take the weight off of my feet when I work out so I think that would help with the added weight
Any advice or opinions?
and please do not tell me that P90x is crap because even a simpleton can tell you that this is hard work
