Where can I find a solid weightlifting bench that I can perform hyper-extensions on?
I'm looking for a good bench to perform free weight exercises on. I've found a few, however I'm also looking for a bench that can also perform as a roman chair at the same time. I don't want to buy both ( a bench and a roman chair) separately because I'm trying to save money and space. Does anything resembling what I'm looking for exist? or is this a lost cause?
OK I realized I can't find anything like what I'm looking for.
So I've picked my roman chair. But I'm having difficulty deciding between an Ironmaster Super Bench and a Powerline PFID130X. I'm saving about 150 if I get the latter. But everyone raves about the super bench. Is it worth it?
Scan thrift shops and buulk trash pick ups. People buy exercise equipment for New year's resolutions or whatever, give up, and send perfectly good exercise equipment to the Salvation Army or even the landfill. I guess it's good that *somebody* buys this stuff new, but I don't know why.

US $159.99
