What is a good way to start sitting and standing the proper way?
I'm all slanted since I'm always in my laptop. EVERYDAY, for almost the whole day.
& I noticed that when I sitting down or standing my back is all slanted.

what can I do to fix this problem?
please don't say stop using it, because that's only gonna help it not get worse.
Try sitting with your butt all the way back in your chair and pull your shoulders back. that will help stretch out the kinks you get from being hunched over your laptop so much. Get up and walk around every few hours and stretch your muscles out gently. You could cause permanent damage to your spine if you don`t take care of it. Even if you just do some simple stretches in your chair push your shoulders back,and raise your arms slowly up over your head until they touch then hold for 10-15 second several times a day. you could also try a higher table or a lower chair.
