What do you think about the Weider 155 Weight Bench?
I'm 5'8", and 155lbs. How much should I be able to bench press. How durable is it? Can it support me well? What do you guys think?
Yeah it can. Also depends on how old you are for how much u should aim for.
however everyone is different old or young. dont push yourself to get what everyone else is doing.
There could be a HUGE guy lifting 300 pounds and still be overweight, while your lifting like 100 pounds and very ripped.
Its not all about how much u can lift, it has to do with eating, cardio, and other factors
