Can I get charged more for shipping later after I pay something online?
So I want to buy some adjustable dumbbells. Amazon, offers a different selection of them. However, the problem is I live in Puerto RIco and most brands of dumbbells I want only ship to the contiguous states only, so no Hawaii, Alaska or other USA territories like Puerto Rico. On ebay, I go to the "Get rates" section and I get charged something like $200 for shipping.
Nevertheless, I found a product on amazon, that has a quality brand and ships to Puerto Rico and it has the normal GROUND SHIPPING (cheapest option) available to Puerto Rico. Can this be true, will I get shipped a 100 pound package to Puerto RIco for just 8 bucks as it says in the checkout on Amazon?
These are the dumbbells. I just don't want to get some sort of hidden charge later on.
