What are some workouts I could do at home with 10 and 20 pound weights, I am a Wide Receiver?!?
I am a Wide Receiver for my middle school 7th grade. I am 5'1 100lbs and I'm looking to get better. I was the the best receiver on my team with a couple of game winning touchdowns. I'm trying to get stronger and taller. What do I eat and how do I workout without stunting my growth? Thnx!!!

I agree with B.M., definitely work your legs out. I would suggest googling some good leg workouts with free weights. Also try working out your upper body, it does not need to be neglected even though legs take priority. But work on your chest especially and triceps. And hand strength is never a bad thing for a WR.
