How many sets of reps should i do in a day? help?
should i do it everyday and how long should i do it for? ive been doing it 3 times a day. morning, afternoon and night where i do 3 sets of 12 reps on dumbbells and i take 30 second breaks in between and do sit ups after that each time 3 sets of 15 reps. is that good??? or should you only do it once a day?
i am 52 kg if that helps and i lift 12 pounds/ 5 kg dumbbells.

i do 3 sets of 15 reps 3 times a day with the dumbbells. one in the morning, afternoon and night. is that good???

It's a good routine, you also need to bench as well, but instead of doing the same weight for 3 sets and 12 reps do your first set as a warm up then increase the weight every set, but don't workout 3 times a day it's too much maybe 2 times a day and atleast 3-4 days a week and you could see done results.
