Bowflex SelectTech 220: not heavy enough?
I've though long and hard about purchasing adjustable dumbbells, specifically from the Bowflex brand because they seem like the best. But the price has me wondering if I want to buy the dumbbells that only go up to 20 lbs ($150) compared to the ones that go up to 52 lbs ($350).
I want to know from the perspective of someone who lifts weights, if the 20 lbs will become too light for me. I want to get very toned but not too extreme and I also want to save me a lot of money. Is 20 lbs even light?
get the ones that go up to 52 because once u get used to the 20 lb ones, ur gonna have to get the 52 and waste more money so u might as well just get it now since its adjustable anyway!
