Can I do one arm seated shoulder exercises? good or bad for my back?
Hi,
I have a dislocated shoulder and a torn knee cartilage. I do shoulder, traps, back and abs exercises using adjustable dumbbells. I use around 15 pounds in each hand and my shoulder is getting stronger.
Anyway, I don't have enough weights so I started to get used to the 15 lbs. Can I do the exercises using one arm only? so I can take the weight of one dumbbell to the other that I will use it in my exercise.
I want do those exercises while sitting on a chair because I have a torn knee cartilage. Is that safe for the back?
Any advice from bodybuilders, athletes and experts would be great.
