Weight: 165 lbs.
I am slightly overweight, and I am trying to figure out some things I can do to work on body fat.
My target areas are chest, stomach, thighs, and arms.
We have one running machine here at home, and a couple sets of weights (from 2 lbs weights to an adjustable set which can have up to 33 lbs). Other than that we have some Tae Bo vids and resistance bands.
I know the Tae Bo would be good, but the problem I have is time, I don't have a VHS player in my room, and I am looking at working out in the morning so I don't want to wake my family members.
So does anybody have any workout ideas that I could do that would give me cardio as well as helping me lose this excess fat and do slight toning?
Please give as much detail as possible.
