What barbell weight should I start with?
Hi im 15 and Im going to buy my first barbell but I dunno what weight I should pick because the retail store im going to doesnt sell the adjustable ones. I myself weight about 107 lbs and planning to buy the 10kg weight, but will that be too heavy for me??
i think 10 pound weight is good to start unless you are super weak
