Am I making good progress with weights?
I am 14 and I have been lifting since Christmas and I went from 185 fat to 160 very little fat. I have 13" biceps and I can bench 150 one time. Curl 70 lbs on a barbell 12 times, squat 200 lbs 5 times and military press 100 lbs 1 time. Am I doing good and if not any ways to improve faster?
