ALL YOU P90X -ers... Need quick help with weights...any fitness guru out there? please?
I'm about to start the P90x workout but before I need to buy some weights for it because I don't want to use the resistance bands. My main goal is to add more mass and muscle to my body (21 years old with lean body size). I don't wan to buy a whole set of dumbbells because i don't have enough money to invest in something like that but i found alternatives to it .. Which of the following 2 would be a good investment to buy to make my P90x experience better?

also i cant tell how many LBs are in the weider set..it says total 40lbs but how many lbs of each plate is there
I would go with the cheaper set. You getthe same results. I have completed the p90x program, and starting again, the pull up bar works, but will leave marks on your door edges (have the same one). Good luck amd keep pressing play!!
