Working Out (Dumbbell Question)?
I am a pretty fit guy, but definitely not muscular. I am on a mission to get ripped, but I need the proper tools. I don't have much money and I don't want to go to the gym, so I am going to need something cheap that I can use at home.
As far as I'm aware, I can pretty much get a full body workout with just dumbbells and a bench (does the bench need to be adjustable?)
So, what I need are dumbbells in the range of about 3-20 pounds or so. I am considering purchasing this:

However, I was wondering if there is a better/cheaper solution. If so, can you please tell me where and what I need to get. Also, if you have any cheap bench recommendations that would be awsome.

If you dont want to buy dumbells yet you can start by working out with your body weight. What i mean by this is that you can begin by doing push ups at home. If you have never done it before it might be a little hard, and you might get sore the next day or two. You can start with 15 push ups, and the increase by 5 every day twice a day. The trick is not how much you do, but how many you do correctly. If you do them correctly, you will see result faster.
And lastly before you start lifting weight talk to an expert because it is easy to get hurt, and you wont get what you want in the first place (muscular)
