Advice from an exercise expert?
I have several work out dvd's and a treadmill. I want to make a workout regime with what I have, but I'm not sure how. I have
-pilates 20 minute Denise Austin
-15 minute dance off the inches
-Cathe basic step step aerobics
-Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer
-10 minute quick fix kick box workout
-Lotte Berke method video
a treadmill, hand weights (10 lb and 3 lb), a pull up bar, an exercise ball, an 8 lb medicine ball, etc. I have everything I need to tone up I just don't know when to do what. Also, I am seeing a weight loss doctor who told me to eat 1000 calories per day 200 breakfast 350 lunch and 450 dinner, but I decided to flip the breakfast and dinner calories and I actually plan to eat about 1200 per day cuz 1000 is just too few. Plus, I snack on carrot sticks between meals. He said no snacks, but I don't think carrots will hurt. Any help is appreciated.
You've already received great advice from your doctor, it's just a matter of STICKING TO IT.
Eat the way he said, and run every morning and evening on the treadmill. (for about 30 minutes a pop, start with power-walking, and work your way up)
Walking/Running in the morning will turbo-charge your metabolism, not to mention wake you up.
